Refined Cajun And BBQ Catering was established in 2018. We are a locally owned and operated catering company run by Chef Rob. We provide Native Gulf Coast East Texas Cuisine through private chef services, corporate events, boutique weddings, refinery turnarounds, and lunch and learns. After many years working for other people and doing things their way, Chef Rob opened his own catering company with total creative freedom. Refined Cajun And BBQ Catering began as just a catering company but has since begun opening up from 11 am - 7 pm, serving items popular to the local area like gumbo, fried seafood, and brisket. Chef Rob has over 20 years of experience in the food business, including catering companies and restaurants across the Houston area.
